We help people buy, sell and rent homes that are designed well and built to last, and we tell them plainly what each one is like.
Our journey
Homes Are Personal. Our Advice Should Be Too.
We started with a simple idea: most people buy only a handful of homes in their lives, so every one of those decisions deserves an agent who is patient, informed and honest about the downsides.
Today our agents work in four cities, each in a small patch they know well. They show homes properly, answer questions in writing, and keep the process calm from first viewing to settlement.
We list fewer homes than most agencies, and we are selective about them. If we would not be comfortable recommending a home to a friend, we tell the owner what needs to change first.

Honest price guides
We quote a price we can back with recent sales, and we explain how we got there. If a home is likely to sell above the guide, we say so.
Local, not general
Each agent works a small group of suburbs and knows them street by street: the flood maps, the school zones, the noisy corners.
Design that lasts
We favour homes built with care and good materials, and we point out the ones that need more work than the photos suggest.
Plain answers
Short, clear replies within one working day, in writing when it matters, and no pressure to decide before you are ready.
