Privacy policy

This website is a concept site designed and built by Geminate Solutions to demonstrate a real-estate website. The listings, agents and articles are sample content, but the forms work and the messages you send are real. This policy explains what happens to the information you give us.
Who we are
The site is operated by Geminate Solutions, Surat, Gujarat, India. You can contact us about privacy at info@geminatesolutions.com.
What we collect
When you send a form (an enquiry, a viewing request, a message to an agent, the contact form or the newsletter sign-up) we store:
- the details you type in: name, email address, phone number if you give one, your message, and a preferred viewing date and time if relevant;
- which form you used, and which listing or agent page you sent it from;
- the date and time, and a one-way hash of your IP address that we use only to limit spam. We cannot turn the hash back into your IP address.
We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to you and, if you subscribe, to send the monthly newsletter. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else. Because the listings are samples, enquiries about a specific home are answered by the Geminate Solutions team rather than a real estate agency.
Where it is stored and for how long
Form submissions are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare. We keep enquiries for up to 12 months and then delete them. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Information stored in your browser

This site does not set cookies.
Maps
Property pages include a Google Maps embed. When the map loads, Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies. Google's use of that data is covered by Google's privacy policy.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@geminatesolutions.com. We will reply within 30 days. If you are in Australia and are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page.
